The centre of the Q-mon success system is quality monitoring: We measure and evaluate. Our method of working with video and audio recordings is tried, tested and proven. These recordings help us to detect necessities/weaknesses, strengths and improvements objectively. This saves time and money, increases motivation of the participants and allows an internal and external analysis of the customerís practice. Recordings of practical work are precise instruments to measure and analyse (increasing) quality.
Success is always the result of communicative competences and an organizational structure which needs and supports these competences. Sometimes it does not need expensive trainings and programs to achieve lasting impact, but small changes in the daily working structures. Success is the unity of competence and organizational structure.
